Night time construction
on Highway 101 will result in temporary
closures of Highway 101 at the Crazy Horse Canyon Road Overpass with traffic
shifted onto the on-ramps and off-ramps between the hours of 8:30 p.m. and 5:30
a.m. from Monday, May 5 through the morning of Friday, May 9. The closures will
only affect one direction each night. The closures are:
- Monday, May 5: Southbound Highway 101: southbound traffic to use interchange ramps.
- Tuesday, May 6: Northbound Highway 101: northbound traffic to use interchange ramps
- Wednesday, May 7: Southbound Highway 101: southbound traffic to use interchange ramps
- Thursday, May 8: Southbound Highway 101: southbound traffic to use interchange ramps
Flaggers
will be in place to control traffic and allow drivers to access Crazy Horse
Canyon Road and Echo Valley Road.
The lane
closures are necessary to allow crews to install new drainage for the highway.
Motorists
should expect delays and plan for extra travel time.
